The proverbial elephant in the room is on a prayer rug making those who think that Iraq is not part of a larger strategy to preserve not only American interests in the Middle East, but world economic stability, look increasingly like isolationists. Iran must be dealt with using force. Talk is cheap and the talk glut is causing prices to fall. Chuck Hagel recently spoke before the Senate calling out the rest of the Lords who seem to question the President’s sincerity about not wanting Israel to continue carrying water for the rest of the civilized world. Bush knew the Senate would never have passed a formal Declaration of war but Hagel at least wanted them all on record. I use the term Lords to accurately describe this bunch of old rich politicians who should be limited to four years at best serving as Senators. Among the most hypocritical of them is Harry "Free Speech" Reid who’s attempt to muzzle bloggers with Senate Bill S.1 was shot down. Never mind his association with Jack Abramoff or his flip-flop on Social Security, this guy scares me. Plutocrats Eliot Spitzer, Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry are among a plethora of liberals who have nothing in common with the downtrodden they supposedly represent. We need to put real Americans in the Senate who care less about separating ethnicity for partisan voting and more about the true principals of representation of the majority that right now needs protection from Islamofascists. Both parties need a good house cleaning to accomplish this. Remember, it is real Americans not our Senators who determine if America holds it’s place as the world’s only super power!

Too Busy To Deal With Health Care

The recent alliance of Hugo Chavez, Ahmadinejad and Ortega was blessed by Jimmy Carter, Chris Dodd and other Democrats who seem only to care that these tin pot dictators are advocates of state controlled health care. Blind faith in big government leads to an utter denial of the destruction it causes. Venezuela’s infrastructure is falling apart like Cuba. Never mind our overfunded public education system with test scores among the lowest of developed nations. Time and time again Democrats ignore facts that counter their interests. The proposed health care tax incentives outlined by President Bush in the State Of The Union Address are exactly the kind of free market changes needed to encourage competition and innovation to keep our health care system the best in the world. Instead of constructive criticism, Democrats knee jerked with typical obstructionist comments about it being dead on arrival. They are simply too busy trying to fool us into believing America can absorb any military defeat without consequences. They would rather excuse treasonous behavior to embarrass a president they despise than do what is right for America. This thin majority in congress was won based on manufactured discontent with one part of a much larger war. Democrats are still devoid of a unifying philosophy other than hatred for our president.
